Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Perceivoco, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your copy of How to Read Someone's Mind within 30 days of your original order date, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.


Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. The book must be in its original, undamaged condition and you must provide your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

We may ask you to return the physical copy before the refund is issued. If so, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refund requests will not be accepted if submitted more than 30 days after the original order date, if the book shows signs of intentional damage or tampering, or if the purchase was made through a third-party retailer such as Amazon. In that case, please refer to that retailer's own return policy directly.


How to Request a Refund

Email our support team at support@perceivoco.com and include your full name, order number or confirmation email, and optionally a brief reason for your request. Our agent Caroline will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 3–5 business days of approval.


Refund Processing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds appear within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your copy arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Email support@perceivoco.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number and we will resolve it within 2 business days.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order before it has been dispatched, email support@perceivoco.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation." Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the standard refund process applies.
