Overview
We are committed to getting your copy of How to Read Someone's Mind to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control. Perceivoco is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking email. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@perceivoco.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@perceivoco.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged in Transit
If your book arrives damaged, please email support@perceivoco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Perceivoco is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@perceivoco.com right away and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
